Payment can be accepted by cheque, Credit and Debit card,
in Pounds Sterling (£) only. If you require a currency converter, we recommend

Credit cards that we are able to accept: Access Card, Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa
Card, Debit Card (Switch, Delta, etc.). Please note that we are unable to accept
payment by Amex or Diners Club cards.
Due to security regulations, we require the last 3 digits of the security number
from your credit card (CVV/CVC). In most cases, this can be found on the back
of your card on the signature strip.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order
is placed. They are not held in full on any web site or transmitted via e-mail
in clear text. All our servers are very secure, and firewalled to prevent any
type of intrusion.
Cheques (not Euro Cheques), International Money orders and Postal Orders
can only be accepted in STERLING, made payable to FLOKATI RUG COMPANY LTD. and
sent to our office address with a copy of your order. Goods will be despatched
when funds have cleared.
Taxes and VAT, where applicable, are included in the displayed prices.
Prices quoted for the individual items exclude postage costs. These
are added to the total when you view your shopping cart. Postage amounts quoted
are 'per rug' and are UK prices only. Our mail order service offers delivery anywhere
in the UK, gift wrapped on request for an extra £1.50 charge. If you require
delivery to another part of the world, please e-mail
or call us for postage prices and details.
We will be happy to dispatch your order by 'Signed Delivery' (or 'International
Signed For' if you are outside Europe - both formerly known as 'Recorded Delivery')
for an additional charge and this method can be tracked. As the name implies,
this service requires a signature on delivery but it also includes compensation
of up to £30 for lost or damaged items. Please phone us to discuss this
option, as it is not offered within the on-line shop.
Your browser must be set to accept cookies, otherwise this shop will
not function correctly. Cookies are an important part of this store and are used
to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an
item. These should automatically expire when you leave.
Your name, address and ordering records are held at our office. Your
credit card details are not stored. This information is used to assist us in tracing
any order problems. We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. We
respect your privacy, data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
We will attempt to dispatch your order - as long as your payment is
accepted - within 3 working days (processing does not take place on Saturdays
or Sundays) and we aim to have your order delivered as soon as possible, normally
in less than 14 business days but delivery can not be guaranteed within a set
period of time. If for any reason - for example, staff holidays or stock-taking
- we are unable to collect orders for an extended period, the shop will be suspended.
Notification of this will be on the main web site.
Availability and prices are subject to change without notice. If your
item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will be e-mailed with
the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
