1. Choose a shop category (Flokati or Kilim).
2. Select your purchase, quantity, any options (including gift wrapping and colour choices) and click the 'Add to cart' button. When ordering Kilims, please remember to choose a colour combination!
3. You will now see your shopping cart. You have the choice to 'Edit items' (change quantities), 'Remove items' (delete from the cart), 'Continue shopping' (return to the catalogue) or 'Complete order'. Clicking the button to complete will take you to the next stage.
4. Your order is shown along with a form to fill in, which includes the details that we require. Some parts of this form cannot be left blank - if they are, you will be returned to this page. When the form is complete, click the 'Verify order' button.
5. Check your details, and either 'Make changes' or 'Submit order for processing'.
6. If you choose to submit it, your completed order is now displayed and forwarded to our office. Confirmation is sent to the e-mail address that you gave in step 4. This is sent from admin@flokatirugco.co.uk with the subject of "Thank you for your order" and is an automated message - please do not reply to it. E-mail correspondence should be sent to sales@flokatirugco.co.uk
7. If you have chosen to pay by cheque, please print a copy of this e-mail receipt (or a print-out of the "completed order" screen which you see at step 6 above) and send it - together with your cheque in STERLING only and made payable to FLOKATI RUG COMPANY LTD. - to our office address: Flokati Rug Company, Unit 12, The Osiers Estate, Enterprise Way, Wandsworth, London SW18 1EJ, UK. Goods will be despatched when funds have cleared.
